ZillowVERIFIEDI purchased a rental property earlier this year through Sean and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! For starters, I live in California, so having a trust worthy agent on the ground in Fort Myers was extremely important to me. From day 1, before I made any commitments, Sean made me feel like he was on my side and he took the time to make sure I found the right property and at the right price. He knew my criteria and he made sure to follow it to the letter and ultimately found me exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately I cannot say I had the same experience with the loan officer that I hired. She made things quite difficult and did not deliver what she needed to on time and we almost lost the property multiple times due to her incompetence. Lucky for me, Sean and his team were extremely professional in handling the matter and made sure to keep the sellers agent and the seller calm as we worked through the issue. Lastly I should mention I never actually saw the property in person. Which should hopefully speak volume in how much trust I had in Sean in making sure that the inspections were handled properly and that I was being represented properly in purchasing the property site unseen. If I could give Sean more than 5 stars I would! His patience, professionalism, ability to handle himself in tricky situations, and much more make him an extremely qualified agent for anybody looking to buy or sell a home!
