Not only did he find the buyer, but had the tenacity to continue and also lock in a backup contract for the same price. Also, we were getting surprise tax assessments and violation notices, but Jeff kept it smart and professional and stitched a deal together everyone was happy with and got the closing completed 10 days earlier than expected.
