We are residents of California and were interested in purchasing an investment property in the Mooresville, NC area. Our property would be leased by our daughter, husband and two young grandkids presently living Arkansas and moving due to a job transfer. So, the challenge for Jeff was to understand our requirements from an investment point of perspective while also understanding what a young couple with two little ones desired! Quite a challenge! We spent an entire weekend with Jeff looking at over fifteen properties in an effort to understand our overall requirements.
