We decided to use the last couple of days of our trip to actually try and view some homes. With VERY short notice we contacted Chad on a Sunday evening via email to see if there was even the possibility of seeing some homes in the next two days. Within a few minutes he called and talked with us about what type of properties we were interested in and by the next morning had several terrific showings planned for us! Chad spent most of the next few days showing us the area and visiting homes. While on the road continuing our trip, Chad guided us through the process of putting in an offer and negotiating a great deal. As a couple in our 50's, we have purchased many homes in our without a doubt, Chad has been the best agent we have ever worked with.
