We recently worked with Jeff to sell our home in Eagan, MN and could not be more pleased with the service we received. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were unsure of what to expect throughout the process of buying a home. We were moving into our very first home with our 3 month old son, and our time frame to find a home was limited. It was our first time buying property so we were nervous about the whole process. Due to some changes in the FHA guidelines, we only had 2 months to look for and purchase a home. I was scared because I thought we wouldnt have enough time, and was also worried that we would be pressured into buying something we didnt like. However, Jeff was a working miracle! Jeff is very knowledgeable, flexible and prompt! He met with us right after we contacted him. He answered all our questions and not once did something go unanswered! Within a short period of time, we saw enough properties to be able to make a decision. Not once did we feel any pressure and instead Jeff made sure it was all about us. He was very flexible with his schedule and always made time for us. He went above our expectations to make sure we found the perfect place! Because of Jeff we have a place we call home today.
