I ended up reaching out to Jeanette off of a sign in front of a house I liked 2 years ago. Little did I know I had a long road ahead before I was able to become a homeowner. I worked a commission based job at the time and then switched to a job that pays overtime. That means mortgages were out of my reach for years to come as I established an income history. Jeanette stuck with me for so long, has been incredibly supportive understanding patient and amazing to me. She has genuinely cared about me as a person and has guided me through so many situations and I'm so grateful she is the person I ended up working with to realize my goals. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

I recommend buyers contact their preferred lender before looking at homes. This gives you confidence in your buyer power. Make a list of must haves and would be nice and your home’s purpose. This gives a better understanding of your needs and pro point so we can zero in on your perfect home together.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Understand the market fluctuates. Patience and in order for your home to gain traction it needs to be priced a little lower than average to the gain traffic and gain buyers interest so they can appreciate the value.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I had a sweet family moving from California. They fell in love with a home and it was so fulfilling to assist them in their transition from An Apartment in California to home ownership in Colorado.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I was helping out one summer as a temp from office coordinator & by the end of 2 months I was handed a real estate book and told I should get my license because I was a natural so I did.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have my SRS Sellers representative Specialist Endorsement My ABR Accredited Buyers Representative MRP Millitary Relocation Professional Endorsement. I have over 30years in customer service I have been on the NOCO Home Builders Association for the past 3 years. I served as the GAC chair for 2years.
