Jeanne is a fantastic agent. We were about to close on our first house and the deal unfortunately fell through. We were pretty broken up about it but literally that same night Jeanne had us viewing another house. We ended up making an offer. We're literally already on board with making this offer at asking price and she says no, you should go under. OK I think. That's ballsy in this crazy market but sure she knows best. Next day she calls us again and says, says NO. She did more research and we should go yet another several thousand under THAT. And you know what? She was right. I'm sitting in that house right now. It was literally against her interests to talk us into offering lower but she's just a good agent looking to get you an honest deal.
