Jeanette did a great job for us when we purchased a property in Edgewood N.M. We lived there for about three and a half years and then enlisted Jeanette to sell it when we decided to build. She treated us with great care and attention to detail on both sides of the transaction. When buying the property all of our concerns were addressed and she even helped in getting a written well share agreement set up with our neighbors which had previously been a verbal agreement. We felt confident that we were in good hands throughout the purchase process.When it came to selling the same property we received the same quality of service and commitment to our needs. Jeanette estimated that the property had appreciated between 6 and 8 percent in the time that we had owned it and told us that we should be able to sell fairly quickly at her estimated selling price. We had two low ball offers within the first three weeks which we were advised to reject and negotiate respectively. Jeanette gave us great advice on negotiating a deal which was fair and honest for both parties.
