Listed property with Jean in 2016. Her responsiveness, communication skills and overall attitude towards clients is terrible. She talked down to me on many occasions, yet could not give us answers to questions she should have been able to answer. I would not recommend working with her.

Very very disappointed in our Realtor. We made a cash offer (NO Contingencies) for a small home that needed alot of work. We sent in our signed paperwork and a very large down payment immediately as a good faith gesture towards the purchase. We never heard from our Realtor Jean, (for almost TWO WEEKS!) and had to call her to no avail. Then after I insisted on a call back, she "e-mails" me that our good faith check is being sent back to us. She never gave us the option to offer more or any clue that another offer came in on the property and she sold it right out from under us (To someone WITH Contingencies) . Anyway, we are still looking for a property but we will NEVER work with Jean Sullivan of Sullivan Realty ever EVER again from Sturbridge, Massachusetts . What a disappointing Realtor she was for us, very unethical, abandoning too with professionally inadequate representation frosted with a "sorry about that" attitude. Would never recommend.

Jean and her team are amazing. We have purchased 3 houses through Jean and sold 2. There is no-one that understands this market and the need to pair the right buyers with the perfect house.
