Jazmin Derby

My fiance and I began working with Jazmin in March 2021. We were nervous as first time home buyers and pretty clueless of the whole process. Jazmin got us on a zoom call immediately and explained everything in detail and assured us that she would walk us through thoroughly step by step of everything and that she did from beginning to end. She made the process smooth and painless and was always patient. Even with set backs and pauses where my fiance and I had to take a step back and fix some things on our end, she was still so patient and always checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything and always moved at our pace, never pressured us. I really liked that she was always very direct and honest with us and I never felt that she was just in it for a sale, she was always so open about everything, up front and genuine with any input or opinions. She educated us along the way and kept us informed with necessary details, we were always in the loop. Even after some let downs and declined offers she kept my fiance and I positive and motivated that we would find our dream home. She went to bat for us and negotiated every deal until we were officially in our dream home. Even after closing she still checks in to make sure we're okay. Jazmin was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. "
