Shes a liar. When she was helping me buy this house in Antioch in 2020. She ended up getting in contact with my lender where they both ripped me off and made me pay more than what it was needed to pay. She literally told me she will cancel the Transaction because she didnt like me. I'm closing days of the house she ended up yelling and said bunch of things then my mom asked her why shes treating us like that. She mentioned that I was rude... but it wasnt that ever it was just that she wasnt nice to us. I wouldnt recommend her to anyone because shes fake.

She knew more about the inner workings of my community then even long time residents that are in the know of the politics in this neighborhood. She came extremely prepared with excellent recommendations for selling my property. She constantly kept my apprised regarding progress of marketing and procedures for marketing the house. I essentially gave her the keys and she took of running. She orchestrated the contractors related to upgrades made to the property. I had a terrible experience working with Jaz buying a property. I felt she missed on market expertise. While answering some questions she mentioned that she will get back but did not do so and ignored them saying she will have to check. We're still waiting. Zero contact or check in since we moved in. Before the deal she offered help with some contract work and all but not even a single text since we got the keys. She was highly unresponsive even during the process. All calls ended up in voicemails and got called back after 10-12 hours in general. She did not negotiate as much as we expected and I found her difficult to trust. On brining the issues to the broker agency, they said she is the best they have and that made me wonder how bad a broker agency can be. I found messages/emails from herself and her team were confusing and contradictory at times. I had to reach out to other real estate agents to get help and that's when I realized what a good realtor is like. I would never ever work with Jaz again. Putting this out to ensure no else goes through the pain and suffering working with her which I went through while buying a property.
