1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The process of purchasing a home can be quite stressful. Pick a realtor that you feel you can trust and do just that. Keep your goal in mind and don't stop until you reach it!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Treat your home as anything else you would resale. Maintain it, clean it, repair it. These areas will arise in the future and you will be ready. No surprises!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with an array of clients from mobile homes to commercial:)
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I enjoy witnessing situations where both sides of the transaction are taking in consideration of the other. I like to see people take care of one another!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Real estate will give me the financial freedom to utilize my time to become involved with teaching the youth in the future:) Also, I decided I wanted to purchase property and felt this was the best way to do so.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I speak Mandarin and have lived in different countries around the world. I feel I have an exceptional ability to deal with people from different backgrounds.
