Jay went above and beyond to find us the perfect home! My husband and I moved from California to Texas. We had never lived outside of California, had no friends or relatives in the area, and had only visited the area once before. Needless to say, we had very little knowledge about what we were getting into. Because of work constraints, we had a little under a week to find our house. Jay found many houses for us to check out and added houses throughout the week that we found and wanted to check out. Knowing our situation, he drove us around during the week, not only showing us houses, but giving us an insider's tour of Georgetown. We decided on a house that week, but had to go back to California before negotiations were finished. Jay kept in constant communication with us and was able to get us an excellent deal. We weren't able to move for a couple of months and Jay helped out again, keeping an eye on the house until we arrived.
