Jay Schmidt and his team are the best. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, then you need to call the Jay Schmidt Group. We recently moved back to the Milwaukee area. We were targeting Whitefish Bay or Wauwatosa for our next home. We reached out to Jay, and he immediately set us searching for homes that met our criteria. We have a crazy schedule with managing a new job, moving a long distance, and having 2 kids under 6 at home. Jay and his team always worked around our schedule. They were responsive via email, text and phone calls at all hours. The market is really hot, and they were able to get us into newly posted homes quickly, and we were able to compete on every home we were interested in. They're a highly experienced team, and you NEED that support in this hot market. Everything we needed was written and submitted immediately. There were never any delays. Within a few weeks we found and purchased our dream home. We could not be happier. We will only use Jay Schmidt and team for any future real estate needs.

Angela cares about property. It's her passion. She genuinly loves her job. You can never find someone better when they love their job, not for the money alone, because they actually like doing it. That being said, someone might like doing their job but still suck at it! That is also not the case with A. Funk. She was really good at reading what we were looking for and we are really weird. If she could handle us, she can probably help you too.

Angela is a full-service professional. She is responsive, knowledgeable about the marketplace, and everything that we needed when looking for a place - both remotely and in person. In addition, she has a great eye for detail, and looked through the viewpoint of a seasoned buyer as we toured various properties. Angela often went beyond, making herself very available, and was so very helpful with all aspects of the purchase; from finding the right inspector, to the right people to do repairs make assessments. We ask a lot of questions, and on the rare occasion when she didnt know the answer to something, she researched thoroughly and came back quickly. She comes highly recommended by this happy buyer, who would use her again, and recommend her to friends.
