Connecting with a good Realtor will make all the difference in the world, they will be able to guide you through the entire process and refer you to other people that will help with the process.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Do not chose an agent based on what they say the value of your home is, this could lead to headaches. Base your decision on knowledge of the area, sales process, marketing, client support to name a few.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
1st time home buyers, absentee sellers, unrepresented sellers assistance (aka FSBO), sellers, relocation, investors, short sales, REO's, foreclosures, vacation homes, probate sales.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
This one is simple: I was in the Restaurant Industry for 18 years, I wanted a new challenge and more importantly a life outside of the restaurant. So I can enjoy life more and start a family.
