We had a hard time with our loan, so when Jay got us in a contract and it fell through, we were happy he wasn't scared away. He gave us time to get things in order, stayed in touch without being annoying, and now he got us in a great house! Gretchen at his office is also amazing! You will not find a better agent to find a home, and sell your home, than Jay, he is literally the best out there. He is smart and his team handles everything for you, they are thorough and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of selling the home, the process, the current market conditions. The outcome for selling our home was what we hoped for, but weren't sure was realistic or possible, timing, everything worked out just the way we needed it to in the end.Listen to Jay when it comes to what should be done to sell, pass inspections, he was right on for us. We got more viewings than we ever imagined and the offer we went with was right in the range Jay said it would be for the property and the neighborhood. Jay is realistic about the price to expect. When it comes down to the negotiating aspect of these deals, no one is better at working with and handling the other agents than Jay, this is where he excels for his clients, his only interest is in getting you as much as he can for your home in a timely manner.Our experience with Jay and his team couldn't have been better, they really work hard and are very available to their clients.
