Throughout our life together Deborah and I have moved several times for our work. In doing so, we have had to purchase and sell several homes. It is obvious he knows his profession and how to do the job. Deborah and I would highly recommend Retiring To Arizona to anyone in the market to buy or sell their home. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Find an agent that is looking out for your best interest. One thing we've learned over the years is not all agents are created equal and who you work with really does matter

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Do not look for the lowest commission or highest valuation. Those can both be deal killers! You want an agent that is going to tell you the truth and have your best interest at heart

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

We work with a lot of retirees in the active adult communities but still do a lot of work in all the communities

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Had a client relocating from MN and when things started to go wrong with their lender we were able to convert them over to one of our preferred lenders and closed the home.They were so excited!

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

After several years in sales I had the privilege of talking to a local Broker who convinced me to get into real estate. Best decision I ever made....

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Holding my certified negotiator, senior real estate and buyer representative designations, I feel confident is assisting my client make an informed decision
