He helped us sell our Mother's home, which while in great condition, was a bit dated. He took the initiative to invest and learn about a "digital staging" software that helped show pictures to the buyers of what the home could look like with modern furniture layout and it was the ONE marketing tool that made the sale happen, since the house had been emptied. Needless to say, the home sold in TWO days with only 1 Open House held and at ASKING PRICE! I am convinced that the digital staging made the house look incredible on-line. Jay took the time to get to know us and even went the extra mile to not only handle the closing stages with the provided attorney, but he arranged the Notary to drive to my Mother's house for her convenience and make it easier for her to sign the paperwork.
