Once we were in escrow, Jay was there step-by-step in helping me have a smooth process. Jay's agent, Jeff Hodaff, also took numerous trips with me to Glendale to ensure the property was in good condition and that we were not being sold something that had a lot of issues. Jeff would respond to all our needs and get answers to our questions every time we were doing an inspection. I really could not have asked for a better team when it came to buying this property.
