1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First and foremost is teaming up with the right agent for you. One that knows the market area, and has high negotiating skills, and as one may say "been there before".
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Not all agents are created equal and selling your home can be stressful so hiring an agent that can handle the transaction with skill is critical. Marketing a home is not inexpensive so having an agent with marketing skills, video production, photography, measuring etc. are tools the agent is willing to spend their out of pocket monies on. Anything less is wasted time on the market and money a seller is likely to not receive in closing.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all types of clients that buy and sell real estate. From investment, single family, multi-family and land transactions. Light commercial fits perfectly with my team.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently represented a family moving south with 2 children and a new job relocation. the struggles were frustrations of the buyers with the unknowns in the purchase, the condition of the home and fears of unknowns. The were constantly worried the sellers would back out and they would be left homeless. Needless to say Andrew and Carolina how have a new home and gave a fantastic review.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Started in 1975 and having a career in Real Estate just came natural to me. My parents have lived in 58 homes in my lifetime, so feel in love with the experience of real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Education has always been a daily practice. One never stops learning and the school of hard knocks is always a continuous learning curve. Since I am blessed in selling more transactions than 95& of other Exit Realty realtors in NC, I learn from experience. However I am certified in several specialties and carry the following certifications Realtor®, ABR®, e-PRO, SRES
