our situation was a little bit unusual in that we needed a place for my elderly mother on a rush basis. Jay showed an understanding of our circumstance and a certain level of compassion and human touch which was so valuable. Jay took the time to search out a home within a very short time which had every feature we needed, even a roll in shower and front entrance ramp. His life experience included time with an older person and he was kind enough to give us some advice about it. I have never purchased a house before or even met a realtor but felt comfortable every step of the process. Jay is patient, thorough, kind and professional and when it is time to move on we will be calling him back.
