ZillowVERIFIEDWe rented a house in New Haven and Jay is our agent. We rented the house from another country and then moved to New Haven, so the house tour was online. When we wanted to rent the house, Jay was so kind and understanding, but after moving to the house, we faced SEVERAL problems and his speech changed. For example, one of our closets has black mold, but because of the way Jay filmed the closet, we were totally unaware of the tube(!) in the closet and black mold.

He spent loads of time with us and demonstrated a command for the area, trends, construction, etc. Almost two years passed when we entered into a transaction and were going it alone. My mistake was not calling Jay to begin; live and learn. When I did call Jay to ask for help he was nothing but gracious; stepped into the middle of a transaction and got the deal closed.
