Jay Caracci, a HomeSmart Connect Real Estate Broker strives to make Real Estate easier for you. A multi-million dollar producer, podcaster, and marketing expert, Jay specializes in all things real estate. Helping guide clients through the entire purchase and/or sale process. He proudly representing your real estate needs throughout the Chicagoland area, including the city of Chicago, the North Shore, Northwest Suburbs & the surrounding areas. Jay specializes in working with First Time Buyers, Luxury Homes, Downsizing families, City to Suburb transitions, and Out of State / In State Relocation Services. Jay grew up in Western New York. He moved to Chicago in 2003 to attend the DePaul University School of Commerce where he graduated with a marketing, and sales leadership degree. Jay currently resides in Arlington Heights, with his wife Elena, who is a middle school teacher in the Glenview School District With over 15 years of professional experience, and an extensive sales, negotiating, and marketing background, Jay returned to real estate full-time in 2013. Jay is a member of Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORE,) Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR,) and National Association of Realtors (NAR.) His license is currently being held with HomeSmart Connect LLC, with 7 offices in the Chicagoland area, including Arlington Heights, Chicago, and Elgin. Prior to joining HomeSmart, Jay worked for United Real Estate and Baird & Warner. The primary reason Jay joined HomeSmart was it's office structure allowed him to focus and grow his Not Your Typical Agent marketing program, while utilizing the latest and greatest technologies and offer his clients serious value added solutions.
