Know what you want and what are your home goals. Figure out the home you need for not only now but 5 years from now. Research what kind of homes are out there on the market and who is selling them. This will help you craft the perfect offer package that will greatly increase your chances to get your dream home. Above all ask questions!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Selling your home can be scary, nerve racking territory; it's easy to become overwhelmed by the process. Navigating the market can seem like speed dating for your home. You will run into many unexpected situations and potential disasters. You will have to research the current state of the housing market. Look at the area around you to see how homes are selling and for how much this will help you get a rough idea of how to price your home. There are many other factors that can affect the price of your home such as recent upgrades and unique features other homes won't have.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Before starting in real estate sales, I worked in various corporate roles including marketing and business consulting. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and openly admit that I owe much of my success by standing on the shoulders of giants (my mentors) and humble implementation. While I love the real estate business, my true inspiration is his family – my wife Jennifer and our children (Isabel and Jack) who keep us on their toes.
