We are first time home buyers and working with Ms. Eva was the greatest first time experienced of dealing in buying our first home. Eva is always there to help, always available for all questions and issues. She accomodate us with our availabilities in scheduling our tours as me and my husband has a very complicated working hours. Very professional but not intimidating. We started looking for a property in October 2022 and we found the perfect home for us in November. We closed the property early January. It was very fast, thanks to Eva. We appreciated his quick and clear communication, and his advice on how to move forward with the rough situation that we were in. Jay and his entire team are honestly next level real estate agents!!! Ive bought and sold a few homes in my lifetime, and this experience was so smooth and genuine. I joke around because its like I have never made such a good friend so fast in my entire life. Thats Jay. Hes just a great guy that is likeable and trustworthy. Hes extremely knowledgeable with real estate in general, and an expert in contract negotiation. He knows exactly what to look for and gave us so many valuable tips that saved us thousands upon thousands. Not only that, but he is constantly pushing to be better with staying updated on the latest market trends, and technology, as real estate is constantly evolving - something I thought was pretty cool when throughout the process he was going to real estate seminars, etc... Just investing in himself and team, rather than becoming stagnant. What I loved the most is that with Jay, you immediately know he has your back and is very authentic. Not only that, he actually is active in the community and does his own real estate investments for himself. His knowledge with how short term rentals / vacation rentals worked was 100% spot on. No other agent I talked to when looking for someone to work with could provide the correct info on that, but Jay knew right away what to do. I highly, highly, highly recommend Jay and his team. 5 stars all the way. Kelly his assistant is also incredible. She was always on top of the scheduling, processes, and had all communication organized between inspections, pest, general info, etc... I couldnt have chosen a better team.
