We first connected with Javila when we were thinking about selling the house that we had owned for a very long time. As other reviewers have said, Javila is smart, kind, and responsive. She brings good energy to the table, and she listens well. We hoped to sell the house to the lovely folks who had been renting it for a decade, and we asked her to represent us in the transaction. She did so ably, with respect for all parties. She also connected us with other excellent professionals who were needed to assist in the transaction. The sale was concluded fairly and entirely amicably, which was our hope. Javila was so great to work with. She was the only realtor we spoke with that had an actual method and plan for how to go about navigating the market and finding our first home. Other realtors just sent listings (which we can easily find ourselves via Zillow, Redfin, etc) or just told us to let them know when we wanted to see something. But Javila took the time to show us all sorts of houses around the market together through several guided tours, and really learn what was important to each of us. We couldn't recommend her more and would absolutely work with her again!
