Then research for those needs, show homes & negotiate the sale of the home on the buyer's behalf, following through for a successful close! As a seller's agent, I specialize in the strategic planning and research of selling your home in the shortest amount of time, yet for the most amount of money. I educate sellers on the selling process, their immediate market area, the importance of our relationship, and being a "TEAM" throughout the listing process. I consult on the staging of the home, the importance of pricing for the current market, and marketing homes through many different venues to sell. I negotiate the sale of the home on behalf of the sellers and follow it through until the successful closing. With 5 years of experience, I have worked tirelessly to establish the highest standards for my clients. With over 115 homes sold since 2020, I am the agent you want on your side.

Javier Hernandez is top notch! This young man sold me a house and has also sold a house for me. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process taking the time to explain every detail. He LIED. He represented that he had been on the property he had listed, he PROMISED that the floors were great but the linoleum was just bad. Turns out ALL of the floors were rotted! Also turns out that he NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN HIS LISTING. I have hundreds of text messages proving how many times he lied. DISCLAIMER: He was OUR (The buyer) AGENT. We severely overpaid for a tear-down that he represented as a nice home that needed TLC. This person lied all the way through this CASH PURCHASE. BEWARE!!
