Javier Cavazos

Javier has been a licensed Realtor (R)and selling real estate since 2002. In 2007 he obtained his broker's license. Javier started his career at Century 21 C. Watson here locally in Fresno and had also worked at Zip Realty. Previously, he was also the Sales Manager for Prudential California Realty from 2005-2007, he was part of the team that grew the office to 36 agents and over $96 million in annual production. In 2011 he became Broker-Owner of Concierge Realty. Javier stays active with the local Fresno Association of Realtors(R) and has been part of the leadership team since 2007. Javier is currently the Multiple Listing Service Chairman-Elect for 2015 and will serve his second term as Chairman in 2016....previously he served in 2011. Javier also serves as a California Association of Realtors(R) Director and travels multiple times a year to the Statewide meetings. At CAR, Directors are responsible for implementing policy for the state of California that all Realtors(R) abide by and help devise legislation to press at the State Capitol to ensure and preserve the rights of homeowners in our state. When he is not working you will find him spending quality time with Stacey, his wife of 16 years, and his 9 yr old son Aidan. Javier also enjoys playing golf and working on his home do-it-yourself projects.
