My husband and I contacted Javier in October 2018 to help us sell my uncles house who is 93 years old and relocated with our family in Denver, CO. I reached out to Javier when I needed help with selling my house and hoping to sell it as soon as possible. He was referred by a close friend. I gave Javier a call and within minutes I was convinced that he was going to help sell my house. We met up a day later. I was surprised how prepared he was. He had developed a thorough portfolio of the house including comparable, history of the house, strategies, projected numbers, and statistics which I saw how much time and effort he put In over a short noticed.
