Alex stayed in close contact throughout, including coordinating both parties with the title company through close of escrow -- and there was never any question that he was representing both parties fairly and without favor. In a thirty-year career managing construction contracts I negotiated hundreds of deals, large and small. I never closed a deal that felt more like a ?win-win-win? than this one.
