When I had completed the update items that I chose, out of the ones suggested; Shane had pictures made of my house and listed it for sale. He kept me up to date on how many people were looking at/liking my house on the sale site, when he was scheduling open house times, and when people were coming to view my house. He gave advice, when I asked, about offers that were made on my house. He did so many things to help me, that were above and beyond just selling my house, and I am so grateful for his kindness. He also went the extra miles to get me the most that could be gotten for my house, and it was much more than I expected to get. I feel blessed that he was my real estate agent.
