It is very important to make sure you get pre-approved as soon as you can in the process.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Seek a true professional rather then the person who promises you the most money for the cheapest cost.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types of Clients in the Residential Market. First Time Buyers, Veterans, Investors, Etc.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
There is something special about each transaction. One of the last ones I did really meant a lot to me. I assisted a School Teacher with a Relocation.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I bought my first house back in 2004 and fell in love with the process. My uncle was the one who represented me! ;)
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am very Computer Savy and went to school to learn how to make computer graphics. This helps me a lot with organization and marketing!
