I dont know where to start. Jacob is everything you need in a realtor! He genuinely cares for you and youre family about getting you exactly what you?re looking for, never has stared us wrong he never gives up from the long hours to late nights to never leaving you in question. He goes above and beyond as an agent and a friend. He made you feel like you was the only person buying or selling. Always answered that busy phone of his. I have bought 2 Homes from him and he has sold 2 for my family including my father . He has never let me down. He will not back down. Doesnt take no for a answer. He fights for you and with you. No questions ask. Not to mention if you need a light fixed to a deck bored replaced CALL HIM! He will personally do it himself if not he knows someone and will get it done and get it done right. ALL AROUND REALTOR! I havent heard or met another realtor with Jacobs passion and love for this job. It shows. Im sure Ive missed something but just call him he will not let you down! He is very responsive and patient. Never in the whole home buying process did I feel rushed and we saw a lot of homes. He is brutally honest and will never let you purchase something that he wouldn?t buy himself. He is just the right amount of aggressive and subtle to get you the best deal there is. Hands down!! He will never let you go wrong. He will give you the best advice you like it or not. The two times I bought with him he assured me that it was the right thing to do even though I was a bit nervous. And he indeed has been right both the times.

Jacob was referred to me a few years ago by someone I trust. He helped me buy and get into my first house. The process was scary but he made everything easier. After about 2 years, it was time to upgrade to a newer house in a better location. Because I had such great service in the first go-around, I went back to Jacob to help sell my first house and get me into the new one. Jacob did everything he could to be available when we wanted to do showings. He answered every question we had. And most of all, he got us out of the old house and into the new one. Jacob knows the housing market, the buying and selling process, and realtor customer service better than anyone in the business. I would highly recommend him to first time home buyers as he will help you get a house. He will not let you settle. Jacob is by far the best realtor we have ever dealt with. He just listed and sold our home for us. We originally bought the house through him. It was a competitive market and we put in an offer (fighting several other offers) and got the house on the first house we bid on. Jacob would show us houses, explain what was wrong with them or find problems in properties, and let us know what to look for in a good home so that when we found the house we wanted, we knew it was the one. We just moved out of state and had to sell the house, and he went above and beyond as a realtor helping us sell a house from afar. He helped us navigate an absurd amount of offers and show us the pros and cons of each offer. His communication skills are unparalleled, and he truly cares about helping people. We really cannot recommend him enough. My only regret is that Jacob can?t help us buy a house in our new state. He is a treasure of Kentucky and if you are buying or selling a house, you are doing yourself a disservice by using anyone other than him.
