Jacob is everything you could hope for in realtor. He's a skilled negotiator with a real gift for crafting compelling offers. He has a keen eye for detail which is invaluable when weighing the merits for any property. Extremely level headed he never gets rattled. Couple that with a super low key approach and honestly you couldn't be in better hands. If the time comes we choose to list our property Jacob will undoubtedly be the first person we call. He's really that good. To boot Jacob has vetted out a crack group of contractors that we have used for painting, roofing, tuck pointing, carpentry, plumbing, electric and HVAC. It just made the transition to moving into our place so much easier.

I dont know where to start. Jacob is everything you need in a realtor! He genuinely cares for you and youre family about getting you exactly what you?re looking for, never has stared us wrong he never gives up from the long hours to late nights to never leaving you in question. He goes above and beyond as an agent and a friend. He made you feel like you was the only person buying or selling. Always answered that busy phone of his. I have bought 2 Homes from him and he has sold 2 for my family including my father . He has never let me down. He will not back down. Doesnt take no for a answer. He fights for you and with you. No questions ask. Not to mention if you need a light fixed to a deck bored replaced CALL HIM! He will personally do it himself if not he knows someone and will get it done and get it done right. ALL AROUND REALTOR! I havent heard or met another realtor with Jacobs passion and love for this job. It shows. Im sure Ive missed something but just call him he will not let you down! No matter what questions you have Call him, he will answer and if he dont know he will find out for you. BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!!

Five stars across the board !!!! Jacob hears you out, understands your need and leverages his exceptional knowledge of the market to guide you in the right direction. He is very responsive and patient. Never in the whole home buying process did I feel rushed and we saw a lot of homes. He is brutally honest and will never let you purchase something that he wouldn?t buy himself. He is just the right amount of aggressive and subtle to get you the best deal there is. Hands down!! He will never let you go wrong. He will give you the best advice you like it or not. The two times I bought with him he assured me that it was the right thing to do even though I was a bit nervous. And he indeed has been right both the times.
