Unprofessional. Worked as both Buyer and Seller agent but did not support our needs as Buyers at all. Pitched a possible compromise in price to us as the Sellers concession, then turned around and told the Seller it was our proposal. Tried convincing us to put nearly $10k negative equity into our purchase to keep the seller happy. Provided unsolicited private information about the Seller to us without request for it. Every conversation was 80% the agent telling us about the needs of the Seller, and not listening to our needs as the Buyer. Called our bank, without permission, seeking information about our personal financial situation, after wed already been approved with lowest possible interest rates and were unhappy with the Appraisal.
