1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Talk to a lender before doing anything with your credit
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Declutter, take personal/family photos down and pay attention to your curb appeal.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time buyers, move up buyers, Seller, sellers who are buying up, Relocation, Investors, Divorces, Estate sales, down sizers
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I just sold a home for a client that was going to give the house back to the bank because he went through a divorce in the middle of his remodel and couldn't afford to finish it. He couldn't do a shortsale because his ex-wife would not participate so we put it on the market for the minimum amount that would get him out of it and not have to do a shortsale. We were able to find a buyer what was willing to do the minimal work to satisfy his bank to give him the loan and we had a successful closing giving the buyers a chance to gain some sweat equity and the buyer was able to move on without a scratch on his credit and could finally move on with his life. This is why I do real estate. Creating client's/friends for life
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was bouncing from job to job looking for something I really enjoyed to make a career out of and one of my boss's kept telling me I would be great at real estate so after a couple years of this I decided to talk to one of the leading agents in my area. Once I met with him I had the chance to see what real estate was all about (helping people) I was hooked and swore I was going to make this my career. So I did and I thank my previous employer on a consistent basis
