This may not seem like a big deal but the sell had some challenges: my unit was the most upgraded in the neighborhood and therefore the highest priced, the neighborhood is a working class area where largely first time home buyers are attracted, and the association had some challenges. I could not be more pleased with the sells price, the process or the quick closing.
