He was always very honest with us and is very knowledgeable about issues that could come up with the home in the future and during inspections. We were using the VA home loan and Jason was a perfect fit for us as first time homebuyers as he was always willing and able to point out things that could cause the VA to deny the loan. Jason treated us as if we were friends that he has known for years and not just clients. He never gave us the feeling that he was only doing it because it is his job and never pressured us into anything just to be able to make the sale. After moving into our new home, he even made a special trip over to help us with an issue we had because we had reached out to him to ask how to fix it. We know that he will always be here to answer our questions. He maintains relationships even after the transaction has been completed and we feel very lucky to have found the realtor that was the perfect fit for us. If we ever decide to find a different home, he will definitely be the person that we go through. He is AMAZING! You cannot go wrong if you choose him to be your realtor. We are still amazed at how comfortable he made us and how straightforward and upfront with us he was during the entire process. ZillowVERIFIEDJason was an amazing realtor to work with. He listed our home and helped us find a new home. He was extremely helpful while looking for new homes, since he has a construction background, he knows what to look for. He was able to spot water damage, mold, etc. in areas we would have never thought to look. He was also able to give us a heads up on things the inspector may find. Jason was able to get our house under contract and found us a new home to purchase in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 circumstances, we were not able to complete our deals, but Jason thought outside of the box and did all he could to help us through. Once we are able, we will definitely be using his services again to sell and purchase a new home.
