I've been working with Jason and team for about 3 years. We have navigated three difficult tenants and a very thorough HOA with Jason as property manager. This week Jason successfully closed the sale of my home near the asking price and went above and beyond. I am here to tell you that he personally went to the house to do touch up painting himself when the painters were unavailable. Jason works magic and gets it done. I have never had a better experience with a realtor, he has my highest recommendation and respect.

Jason was unprofessional and disrespectful. Through the process, he would yell at me on the phone and send aggressive and demeaning text messages (calling me trash and a liar among other things). As a professional with a doctorate who was once a realtor, I was shocked at his angry responses to me and how he did not provide the requested expertise and guidance selling a home we hired him for. After we had a contract, I had to work with the buyer's realtor to get the closing complete and she shared with me he was also abusive to her and this was a horrible purchase experience. In addition, we vacated the home to sell and Jason assured us he would check on the house and be sure it was cared for (even offering a landscaper in case we needed it). When we returned to move out, the fencing had been severely damaged by the neighbor's dogs, the gate was open on the side and the shed, and the screen in the back of the house ripped off. There is no evidence he watched over our home in the short time we had it listed. I would not recommend him to anyone with so many other choices.

Moving across the country isnt a walk in the park, but Katie ONeil took a significant amount of the stress out of the equation. Even being 1,100 miles away throughout the buying process, I never once felt disconnected or out of the loop. Katies video walkthrough showings were extremely thorough and detailed, leaving us with minimal questions, and we truly felt like we were there. Because the house was a new build, Katie made sure we always knew what was going on with up to the minute updates. Because Katie has lived in Florida for the majority of her life, and I knew I was in the hands of a true expert. This combined with her professionalism, extensive knowledge of all aspects related to real estate (and helping me understand it in laymans terms), business contacts (she was able to refer me to an equally exceptional broker) hand holding/being my therapist as needed, outstanding communication, and so much more; were so glad we decided to work with her. Shes set a high bar. One more standout thing about Katie before I end this review: because of the relocation, we were simultaneously selling a house in a different state while purchasing this home in Florida. Our realtor on the selling side possessed almost the exact opposite qualities I found in Katie. She was there for us with guidance on the sale of my house, even though she had zero obligation to do that for us. I cant recommend Katie enough for the purchase or sale or your home.

Jason and Staff are amazing and awesome! I have had the opportunity to work with Jason on several occasions of finding a house for me and also sell my moms house after her passing. He will always have your back and help you, all you need to do is just call Jason and he will get is done and sold for you!
