Jason was amazing from start to finish with helping us find a place to build. Jason looked over multiple lots in my price range and showed them to be personally. Communication just wasnt great. When we first met, I would ask questions and he would answer directly back to only my husband as if I wasnt a part of the conversation. Hed tell us hed call at a specific time to answer questions and wed never get a call. We were told we wouldnt move on with the process until issues with the title were taken care of and a month and a half later it still wasnt taken care of. We were told 2 weeks before our closing we would need to get a new mortgage company, were given a morgage company to contact who ended up being extremely pushy, and then were told we never actually needed a new mortgage company; so our credit was run a second time for no reason. Our title/closing company were the ones to reach out to us and tell us a new closing date before we ever heard from Jason that we had a firm closing date to scehdule. He also provided us with wrong information when we were told to schedule our utilities. Just an overall, upsetting experience
