When the time came, my son and I decided to sell my beloved home of 33 years and move to another state. We chose Jason and Dyan Pithers Group. Their team provided assistance in the repair and replacement of an aging irrigation system so the lawn would remain green. Dyan, personally chose new lighting fixtures and provided a contractor to make minor repairs, as well as donated my decades of collections. Communications were difficult given the distance and limited resources and my lack of technological skills. The Pithers Group were helpful and more than competent in the successful sale of my home and I appreciate all the effort and kindness they provided.

Dyan and Jason did an amazing job selling our home. But they didnt just list and show the home. They did so much more than that. They advised on what improvements would be most valued by buyers. They recommended and organized contractors to complete those improvements. They helped address an emergency issue that popped up while we were out of town. They helped us stage and photograph the home in an incredibly attractive and professional way. They priced the home just right for the market and got the property under contract in just 1 month. And throughout the entire process, Dyan and Jasons team were responsive and supportive. Were so very happy we chose Jason and Dyan!
