I was living in OR and wanted to get out of the insane housing market and into something more reasonable. I found a house in SC and had no idea what to do from there, as it was my first house ever. I googled "SC realtor" and looked through some profiles and landed on Jason's. I don't know why, but I decided to give him a call and it ended up being the best decision I have made. I let him know I was buying from across the country and would be relying on him for everything, he took it on with ease. I bought a house sight unseen from 2800 miles away and it was 100% because of Jason and how much work he did for me. Even after closing on the house, Jason has been there for me to help with all of the things I cannot do. To give just 5 stars seems like it isn't enough, and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that I will use Jason again if I buy my "step up" second home in SC.
