ZillowVERIFIEDI'll get right to the point: The Jason Perlow Team is amazing!For the initial listing appointment, Jason came to our house, gave a wonderful, thorough presentation with example materials and brochures putting our mind at ease and giving us the confidence to list with him. This whole process was very stressful as it was our first time selling a house! What attracted us to this team was their ability to handle everything from soup to nuts. Rachael was fantastic coming through the house measuring, providing advice on minor cosmetic repairs and how to present the house in a great light for the photographer. She accompanied the photographer to do the listing photos. She helped move and tweak furniture and tchotchkes that day walking around with the photographer to each and every room. Rachael and Jason both helped coordinate and hire a handyman to do some minor repairs as well as hiring a contractor to give us a quote for items on the inspection report. Anything that needed to get done, Jason and Rachael took care of it. Jason was available to talk us through any issues and concerns whenever we needed a hand held or a situation to vet. He was knowledge, patient, and generous with his time. Andrea was super helpful coordinating everything related to settlement and the actual sales transaction. She was in the background but an important piece of the puzzle!Thank you Jason, Rachael and Andrea!
