My wife and I were living in the Phoenix, AZ area and wanted to purchase a house in the Northwest Indiana area. The long-distance house hunting presented quite a few challenges. We initially came out to Indiana and met with several agents. Jason understood what we would be looking for and presented some good options (zoom and other) ways we could look at homes without being there. He also helped in securing options in the buying process should we find a place, but provided an out if it turned out to not be what we thought it would be. We exercised that option and it worked out well. He went to houses and we did Zoom showings. He answered calls, texts, and emails promptly regardless of the time of day. We would use Jason again without shopping for agents in the future and would recommend him without hesitation.

Jason did a good job. He communicated well. He had to deal with a zoning issue and several closing date changes; he worked through all of this with us and the buyers agent.
