A Phoenix native, Jason is very familiar with the Valley and does his homework. Once we made the decision to work with him, he came very prepared with info on several comps in the area and a good idea of what a reasonable asking price should be for our home in the current market. His photographer did a phenomenal job making our home look great for the listing. I was fortunate enough to first meet Jason and his family as a neighbor before enlisting his help as a Real Estate Professional. My wife and I decided to work with him after deciding we wanted to build a new home that better fit our growing family. From the very beginning, Jason was extremely helpful and communicative. He did considerable research to help us set a realistic budget for the new house based on what he felt our current home was worth and went above and beyond accompanying us, even on weekends, to visit several new home developers. He knew all of the right questions to ask to ensure we were making a good investment and the best choices for our family. He also maintained communication with us and the developer during the new home build to ensure progress continued smoothly. When it came time to list our home, Jason walked us through the process and hired a talented home photographer that made our listing really stand out. I had some concerns about the cooling housing market, as we were selling in July 2022, but Jason did a great job answering all of our questions and hosting the open house. Jason helped us use a convenient mobile app to schedule showings and we received a full price contingent offer within just a few days on the market. During the negotiation of the continencies, Jason made very smart recommendations that helped us share some of the risk with the buyers while keeping both parties interested in the offer. After the contingencies were fulfilled, we closed at the full price offer in September 2022. I highly recommend Jason. His service, professionalism, reliability, and communication are second to none. I would be thrilled to work with him again in the future.
