In late 2021, we decided to finally get out of the insane renting game and buy a house. We knew the kinds of houses we wanted and the very specific areas we wanted to live in. Going into this, we knew the conventional realtor/client relationship wasnt going to be for us - we were highly picky, independent, and at times, obstinate buyers. Since theres no way to really tour houses independently, we had no choice but to enlist the help of a realtor, and decided to just let Zillow roll the dice and see who we came up with. We figured we could always find someone else if their pick didnt work for us. We ended up getting Jason. Im happy to say things could not have worked out any better. From our first meeting, Jason made it apparent that he LISTENS to his clients. He knew we wanted a more hands-off approach, and had certain requirements we werent willing to budge on. He respected us thoroughly and never tried to push undesirable properties on us to try and make a sale. Over the course of our house buying journey (which at times felt more like a Sisyphean effort), we sent in offers on 7 different properties - each time getting more and more discouraged about the process and questioning whether this was really in the cards for us at all. Jason never let us get worn down and was more like a counselor than a realtor at times. His knowledge of the DFW market and hang in there attitude paid off in the end, and thanks to his expertise with crafting the offer, we finally got one accepted - on our favorite house, nonetheless. Literally, it was the house that we walked into and said off the top theres no way were getting this one. Jason (and maybe a little divine intervention) helped make it happen. One last note - Jason went through great lengths to help us view properties. Working through difficult schedules and all sorts of crazy events. He went way above and beyond, and Im immensely grateful he was with us through the whole process. It takes a lot for me to get online and write up a review on anyone or anything. In this case, it was one of the easiest reviews Ive ever written.

There are so many things to love about Jason that I dont know where to begin! I was randomly assigned an agent through Zillow and am so grateful to have been matched up with Jason. When I first met Jason, I was pleased to know that he was very knowledgeable about real estate. He paid attention to details during the home showings that neither myself nor my husband would have known had we done it on our own. Jason was very thorough in his research on homes and provided a lot of guidance on areas that we were interested in moving to. He was also well-versed in dealing with other agents while keeping our preferences in mind. He communicated well, was very responsive, and was punctual to all showings. Its obvious that Jason is passionate about real estate and really cares about his customers. I truly felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire home-buying experience and will always recommend him to my friends and family.

Jason was a pleasure to work with. He began by sending me multiple listings which helped me to understand home values in Tesas as I was shopping from CA. HE set aside four days for my wife and I to fly in and view homes. We hit eight homes the first day and covered in excess of 200 miles. After selecting a home to purchase he was constantly in contact advising status and conducting business on our behalf. It should be noted that he wast traveling two hours several times to complete various steps of the purchase. Everything went great and we thank Jason.
