Patient, encouraging, knowledgable are the three words I would use to describe Jason. My husband and I have waited 20 years to buy our first home and just our luck, our search was during one of the most difficult buyers market in awhile. We saw our first property in November 2021, and felt pretty confident about our financial position, but in this market, our confidence faded pretty quickly. Jason understood where we wanted to be price wise, showed us many properties and gave us sound advice and direction. On December 30, 2022, we closed on our condo.
