My house in Trenton sold for top dollar--$28,000 more than I expected--thanks to Jason Main. As the second agent I hired for this sale, Jason did absolutely wonderful work. My first agent kept pressuring me to drop the price and thought my idea of staging this vacant house was unnecessary. (They also made serious errors in the listing agreement which is the reason I let that agency go). While listed with the first agent I received one offer that was quickly withdrawn, and only one other very low offer. With Jason I received multiple strong offers and the house was in contract within days. Jason did a formal market analysis and has a sophisticated social media and marketing strategy. He also supported my idea of staging the house, which I appreciated, and provided a video walk-through plus stunning professional photography. My staging firm, Ryte Impression Staging, also recommended deep cleaning which I authorized. All in all a great experience!
