I'm an Ohio realtor, and as the Executor of my late aunts estate, I needed to sell her primary residence and a rental property in Los Angeles. I sought a seasoned realtor who could handle everything given the fact that I was three thousand miles away. Mr. Jason Lowery and his team fit the bill perfectly. After completing his suggested updates to the townhome, he had it listed and sold in short order. Of note, there were other townhomes in the gated community that had been on the market for quite some time, but we closed within 45 days of listing.
