We had the absolute best experience listing our house with the Lichmans. I've never seen realtors so involved in the selling process as them. We decided to remodel our home before listing it. Kari and Jason came by to walk through the home and made suggestions around the most popular color schemes, materials, etc. They also brought an interior designer in to help us pick out paint colors, flooring, and fixtures. Once the remodel was finished, they then sent in a stager to help decorate the home before taking photos and listing the property. Once the home was listed, they kept in contact with us regularly to provide updates and feedback from showings and searches on our home as well as comps around the area as they popped up. We felt very informed throughout the whole process and put all of our trust in them. They didn't disappoint! We sold our home at a great price and even worked out a lease back deal so that we could move straight into our new construction home on time. They are the best! I will be recommending them to anyone I know who plans on buying or selling a home.

Prior to moving from the DC area, we had a Zoom conference with Kari to discuss the sort of house and area we were looking for. Shortly after arriving in early October, we started looking for homes that she'd picked out for us.
