I have lived in Anoka County my whole life. I have a team that includes three other agents (one being my sister), a transaction coordinator and my wife who does our admin work. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Figure out your budget, talk to a loan officer and have your “price” set in your mind.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
It’s a smooth transaction when you have our team help you. Every avenue will be addressed.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We have worked with first time buyers, first time sellers, investors, luxury, veterans, short sales, foreclosures, any age and any level of financials.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We recently sold a home for 14% over list price for a couple that was down sizing and retiring. They wanted something smaller and simpler. Besides getting them too dollar things went super smooth and they have become great friends!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My wife had been part of the financial side of real estate for over ten years. I got to know lots of agents and decided I had just as much to offer my clients. My wife and family was a huge supporter and it turned into a full time career.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Hundreds of hours of training by the number one training company in the world, Keller Williams. Everything from negotiating to closing is covered and taught.
