Having been a lifelong resident of Rice Lake in Barron County, I know every neighborhood and every street. I've been a licensed real estate agent since 1992 and a licensed real estate broker since 1999. I became the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Advantage in April of 2004. I recently sold my office in October of 2020 and became a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty Diversified in the same location at 1810 S. Main Street in Rice Lake. While my office is located in Rice Lake, I serve all of Barron County and parts of Washburn, Sawyer and Rusk Counties. I have extensive appraisal experience as I previously owned my own appraisal company and held a WI Certified Appraisers Credential. I currently hold the following real estate designations: ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I have been awarded the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014, RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award in 2008, Multiple RE/MAX Platinum Club Awards and Multiple RE/MAX Sales Achievement Awards for consistently being one of the top producing agents for total transactions in the entire State of Wisconsin. I pride myself on going above and beyond for my clients and I've closed well over 1,500 transactions in my 29 years as a Realtor. I was the agent with the highest sales transactions in Barron County from 2003 to 2017. I'm also the agent with the highest amount of transactions in the Rice Lake zip code from 2000 to present with well over 1,000 transactions in Rice Lake alone. As the Personal Representative for an estate Jason took the utmost time and care to ensure that I met my responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner. Jason went far beyond what is expected of a real estate agent securing an easement so that we could replace the condemned water and sewer with city water/sewer saving the estate $15,000 thus ensuring I was able to meet the financial needs of the estate. Jason helped us buy our home in Rice Lake while we were living nearly five hours away. Due to his preparation before our arrival for the house-hunting weekend and due to his connections with other realtors in town, we were able to leave town with a solid offer submitted. Just a few days and few negotiations later, the offer was accepted at a price that was fair to us and the buyers. Throughout the process, Jason emphasized that he was helping us do what he would do when buying his own home. I appreciated that.Jason and his office then arranged all of the other details for us. They arranged a great home inspector for a fair price, and then they brought in an electrician and contractor to examine a couple of issues raised by the inspector. We did not have to worry about any of this, which meant a great deal to us.Throughout the process, it was easy to contact Jason and his office. He was available nearly at all hours via text, and his assistant Wendie always promptly answered our emailed questions. Jason is well connected in Rice Lake. It seems like he knows everyone and they know him. This is a huge plus when buying a home, especially if you are new to the area like us. He has solid recommendations for basically any service you might need during this process. Working with Jason was a fantastic experience!

Jason was incredible! I house hunted for nearly 18 months. After looking at just 2 homes Jason understood exactly what I was looking for and saved a lot of my time by contacting me when those possible homes appeared on the market.
